Account Dashboard

On the Account Dashboard, you can view a summary of recent activity within your account. If you are a partner supporting multiple customers, this dashboard provides a summary of your customers' integration activities and a highlights recent errors and execution trends.

note

Only processes that generate logs appear in the Account Dashboard. Processes that did not execute are not displayed, even if they are shown in Process Reporting.

The Account Dashboard page is divided into several sections or gadgets:

Offline Runtimes

The Offline Runtimes gadget on the Account Dashboard page shows a real-time running total of the offline runtimes for the account(s) that you are currently viewing.

This list is affected only by the account filter that you selected. If you also filtered by runtime or environment, that filter is ignored. Offline runtimes and runtime clusters have a red icon next to them.

note

You can set up a subscription to receive email alerts about runtime status.
